MY STORY

I'm Ben-Rhys Gaskell. I wouldn't say I only coach people pursuing one specific target. I have a flexible approach. My clientele is diverse: it goes from those wanting to refine a skill (gymnastic or mobility related, my specialities) to those wishing to lose weight and improve their fitness levels.
